Nigel White
Winsley & Westwood
Nigel is standing for election in the Winsley and Westwood division for the first time, after a career travelling the world as a training consultant, helping people and organisations work more effectively across language, culture, and distance. He has lived in the Bradford-on-Avon area for over 30 years.
Nigel says: “It is a privilege to have the opportunity to represent such a beautiful part of the world. I believe my experience in teamwork and negotiation skills will help me to get the best outcomes for residents. The first step is to listen. Over the last few months, I’ve been enjoying listening to local residents about the issues that concern them most.
I look forward to continuing these conversations and working with local community groups and the hard-working parish councillors of Limpley Stoke, Monkton Farleigh, South Wraxall, Westwood, Wingfield and Winsley to improve road safety, support local amenities and protect the natural environment.”
In his spare time, Nigel enjoys playing music, walking with his wife, Jules in our beautiful countryside, studying local history, sea-fishing, writing historical fiction, painting, and spending time with friends and family.
